| Situated
in Montreal, Canada, Dorval Technologies has offered specialized, precision
foundry tooling services to the aerospace and automotive sectors since 1987.
Founded by Rui Cassis, a pattern maker with over forty years experience,
Dorval Technologies now comprises a team of twenty dedicated, highly skilled
people, including seven master pattern makers, a certified SLA specialist,
and an in situ engineering group. Our satisfied repeat customers in aerospace,
the energy sector, defense, and the automotive industry are testament to
the accuracy and quality of Dorval Technologies' foundry tools.
Heavy demand from the manufacturing sector, for prototypes and for rapid tooling, has driven Dorval Technologies' evolution into a turnkey organization. We'll take your new product concepts, whether they be CAD models, blueprints, napkin sketches, or even verbal descriptions, and develop them into functional, visually perfect, three-dimensional prototypes. Upon your approval, and at your request, we'll carry your vision into production. We're accustomed to tight deadlines. Within days we'll turn your ideas into design-review models, working prototypes, and marketing showpieces; within a month we'll supply "pilot" quality short production runs in end-use materials, and within highly competitive time frames we'll organize production tooling and production runs. |

We manufacture molds, patterns, and parts from a vast range of materials, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals, urethanes and epoxies, silicone rubber, wood, composites, and thermoplastics. We invest aggressively in advanced technologies; in addition to CNC machining, rapid tooling, and RTV capabilities, our in-house installations include two stereolithography machines and a state-of-the-art vacuum casting system. From a quick one-off prototype to a large, complex casting die, there are few limitations, in size, accuracy, or complexity, to what the Dorval Technologies team is able to create. At Dorval Technologies we offer leading edge technologies, managed by gifted, highly trained associates, in rare combination with European craftsmanship. We're proud of our solid track record in manufacturing. Our decades of experience in delivering complex, challenging tools have brought us worldwide recognition. Within our organization we communicate in several languages, among them English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, and Italian. We work with the best foundries, moldmakers, and molding facilities in North America and Europe, and our proven competency within the plastics and metalcasting industries has attracted clients from as far away as South America and South East Asia. |
