Our project-to-product group offers over 75 years of mold building experience. A core team of 26 moldmakers works with CADCAM software, CNC technology, electrical discharge machining, optical comparators, and digital laser scanners to produce specialized, technically advanced, high-precision molds.

For over a decade, our group has offered injection molding services to a worldwide customer base. On an annual basis we ship over 2 million kilos of molded parts, manufactured from the entire range of consumer, engineering, and specialty, high-performance resin grades. Our molding equipment is purchased new. All presses are equipped with closed-loop controllers to reduce scrap rate and keep downtime to an absolute minimum. Ten presses, ranging from 60 tonnes to 400 tonnes, operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Sub-assembly, hot stamping, and packaging services are available, and statistical process control applies on all parts leaving our factory.
